Macneil plays a key role in shaping ClearScript’s financial strategy, leading PBM pricing, rebates, fees, guarantees, and overall deal economics to ensure agreements are financially sound, executable, and aligned with organizational goals. He drives financial optimization through forecasting, budgeting, executive reporting, and the development of economic guardrails and approval frameworks. Macneil also partners closely with business leaders on deal prioritization, capacity planning, vendor financial oversight, and revenue recovery initiatives that maximize enterprise value.
Prior to joining ClearScript, Macneil worked in risk administration, where he built a strong foundation in financial analysis and operational support.
Macneil earned a degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas. Outside of work, Macneil enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active. He also enjoys tackling DIY home improvement projects, particularly gardening, landscaping, and creating spaces to enjoy with loved ones.
